Pedestrian Ticket

Experience the unique mountain landscape of the Kaunertal Glacier on foot.
Even as a pedestrian you can easily experience and enjoy the summit world over 3,000 meters. The Kaunertal Glacier Road - the only year-round excursion road in Austria - takes visitors from the valley through a winter mountain landscape up to 2,750 m.
Once at the glacier center, you have the opportunity to hover over the glacier landscape with the Falginjochbahn and the Karlesjochbahn, arrive at 3,108 m and 3,113 m, stand at the Italian state border and enjoy the view of an untouched high mountain landscape.

The Pedestrian Ticket includes the following services:

• Road toll for the Kaunertal Glacier Road
• One ascent and descent per day with the Ochsenalmbahn, Karlesjochbahn and Falginjochbahn
• Deck chair and blanket on the sun terrace at the Weißsee Glacier Restaurant
